“There is no electricity anywhere. We managed to provide hospitals with generators. In the morning we will deliver water, because there is no water now either,— Leontiev said.
He noted that the strikes were carried out both in the city center and in the area of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, after which fires started.
