The village of Kister, Pogarsky district, Bryansk region, was shelled from the side of Ukraine, the governor of the region said Alexander Bogomaz in the Telegram channel.
“As a result of the shelling, power lines were damaged, and the roadway was destroyed. There are no casualties among the population. All operational services are working on the spot,— he wrote.
According to him, the RES teams will start restoring the electrical networks immediately after checking the safety of being on the territory.
The village of Kister is located about 120 km southwest of Bryansk on the border with Chernihiv region of Ukraine. The population of the village— about 1 thousand people.
Bogomaz last reported on the shelling of the border village from Ukraine on August 4. Then the village of Klimovo, Klimovsky district, came under fire.
